It may be workplace stress, home stress, relationship stress or any other kind of unpleasant feelings relating to situations that you find yourself in. You will learn about what stress is and the effects it has on your body and mind. During this course you will also learn how to identify the early signs of stress and develop coping strategies to prevent stress growing. We have provided exercises throughout the course and worksheets will be provided to help you identify how your stress affects you and strategies that you can put in place to reduce it.
